About Me
Hi, I’m Kate Shi. I’m a non-binary Asian therapist dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive, and affirming mental health support. My lived experience allows me to deeply relate to the challenges many of us face, whether it’s navigating identity, cultural pressures, minority stress, life transitions, or emotional struggles.
I work with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ and minority communities, while creating a space inclusive for everyone. My approach blends professional therapy practices with lived experience, offering clients a space where they feel seen, understood, and empowered.
